  I have also been searching for ways to put the People back into government – assuming it was ever actually there given all the historical exclusionary behavior through the centuries. Fingers crossed that the time has actually now come for it all to fall together. Patience is required, however. It seems to take less time and effort to break things than it does to build something new/repair what is broken. One important step may be for those of us who are yearning for different political processes to examine the stories we tell ourselves and the stories we tell others. If we are not clear with ourselves and make a conscious choice not to follow the same old party paradigm and fall into the same all-to-common human arrogance and errors, while telling ourselves and others we are different, we are already inherently just as bad as what we purport to dislike in the current processes/systems.
