If You Don’t Know Where To Go, Go Forward
Ingrid Nurse brings a lifelong dedication to civic engagement, grassroots advocacy, and practical community service. Beginning at age 16 with the Logan Community Voter Registration, she learned early that meaningful leadership starts with going door-to-door, listening, and ensuring residents have the resources to participate in her community. Over the years, this commitment has extended well beyond politics into direct action, including providing more than 600 care bags to elders, shelters, and individuals experiencing homelessness since 2019. Active with the Cabarrus County Democratic Party, she understands that true progress requires transparency, accountability, and a leader who doesn't just talk about service, but lives it.
